Frequently Asked Questions about InnoMotion

What does the process look like from first contact to a working system?

We start with a short, free discovery call (up to 30 minutes). Next is a one-hour digital diagnostic session that maps the need and produces practical guidance - in many cases that's enough; more complex projects move to a deeper spec stage. Once the spec is approved, we build, deploy, and train your team, then move to ongoing maintenance and upgrades under a fixed agreement.

Do we have to go through a spec stage before development?

Not necessarily. If the diagnostic session gives a full, clear picture of the need, we move straight to build and implementation. A deeper spec is mainly needed for more complex projects, and the diagnostic session's cost is credited against the spec if one happens.

Who actually builds the systems?

InnoMotion is led by David Kalendarov, an Industrial & Management Engineer with 6+ years leading technology projects end-to-end - from the military (digital projects officer in the Air Force) to the civilian sector (Afeka College). That engineering background plus hands-on development means personal guidance from diagnosis through ongoing maintenance.

How long does it take to set up an automation system?

Depends on complexity and whether a full spec is needed. Projects that skip deep spec work can launch within days of the diagnostic session; more complex projects with a full spec take 2-4 weeks or more, depending on scope.

Where is our data stored?

Your data stays with you. We work on your servers or with GDPR-approved providers only, and an NDA is signed before any access to information.

Do the systems support Hebrew, English and Russian?

Yes. The systems and automations we build can support any language, particularly Hebrew, English and Russian - including voice AI agents. Tone, phrasing and business nuance can also be tailored to your needs during the spec stage.

What does an automation project cost?

Setup cost depends on complexity and the stages involved (diagnosis, spec, build). The diagnostic and spec costs, where needed, are credited against the build stage. Monthly maintenance is set in a tailored agreement.

We are a small team of 3 people - is this for us?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are teams of 3-30 people, where every hour saved carries the most weight.

How do you keep leads from falling through the cracks?

Connect every lead source to one CRM, auto-assign to a rep, respond within minutes, set reminders and an escalation path for when there's no response.

Can AI filter out low-quality leads?

A WhatsApp/chat bot asks fixed qualifying questions, updates CRM fields, and only hands off to a person the leads that pass a defined threshold.

Which CRM fits a real-estate office or agency?

We start by mapping the process, lead sources, sales stages, team, telephony, WhatsApp, documents and reports - only then do we choose a CRM with the right API and integrations.

Can you connect Facebook Lead Ads, the website, WhatsApp and a CRM?

Yes - every lead lands in one pool, is checked against duplicates, tagged by source and campaign, auto-assigned, and gets a logged follow-up.

How do you automate follow-up without sounding robotic?

We build a short sequence tailored to context: source of the inquiry, need, property/service type, pipeline stage and prior response. AI can draft the wording, but timing, exceptions and handoff to a salesperson stay defined by you.

Will AI replace the sales team?

No. AI's right role is initial triage, call summaries, data enrichment, tagging, first response and reminders. Sensitive decisions, negotiation, contracts and exceptions stay with a person.

How do you measure ROI on automation?

We measure before/after: lead response time, contact rate, qualification rate, meetings/tours scheduled, show-up rate, deal conversion, staff hours saved, and cost per handled lead.

Can AI be trusted with customer data?

We build permissions, logs, one source of truth in the CRM, safety thresholds, human approval for sensitive actions, and a clear policy on which data gets sent to which tool.

How long does rollout take?

We start with a limited 2-4 week trial on one painful, measurable process - once it proves value, we expand gradually.

What should you automate first?

Pick a frequent, painful, well-defined task: lead response, form intake, call summary, lead assignment, follow-up reminder, meeting scheduling, or a CRM update.
