InnoMotion - Automation, CRM and AI for Businesses in Tel Aviv
InnoMotion is a Tel Aviv company that maps business processes and builds custom CRM, automations and AI solutions for businesses - in Hebrew, English and Russian - to connect systems, reduce manual work and streamline how the business operates.
Quick answers
- What we do: Building custom CRM, business automations and AI agents.
- The process: Discovery call → diagnostic meeting → scoping (for complex projects) → development and implementation → maintenance and upgrades.
- Setup time: Depends on complexity - simple projects launch within a few days, projects with full scoping take 2-4 weeks or more.
- Languages: Hebrew, English and Russian - including voice AI agents.
- Who it's for: Businesses and teams of 3-30 people.
- Location: Sheshet HaYamim Street, Tel Aviv - service nationwide.
The method: four steps, no surprises
01. Diagnostic meeting
- An hour-long Zoom meeting to map the need and the problem
- Practical guidelines to implement at the end of the meeting
- In some cases makes the scoping stage unnecessary
- For complex projects, serves as the basis for scoping, and its cost is offset against the scoping cost
02. Scoping
- In-depth mapping of processes, bottlenecks and existing systems
- Maximum use of existing systems before recommending adding or replacing
- Core principle: minimum systems, maximum automation
- The scoping cost is offset against the development cost
03. Development and implementation
- Building the system/automation after scoping approval
- Implementation and staff training
- Minimum complexity, maximum results
04. Maintenance and upgrades
Ongoing, according to the maintenance agreement set during scoping.
Problems we actually solve
- Poor scoping discovered mid-development: We write a full, approved scoping document before writing a line of code - every change is priced in advance.
- Lack of traceability and documentation: Every project stage is documented and version-tracked - ready for any audit or compliance requirement.
- Systems without defined maintenance: A fixed, clear maintenance agreement set in advance, including issue handling and updates.
- Price comparisons without a real spec: A quote built on an exact technical spec, so comparing providers is fair and transparent.
- Inability to assess solution quality: A full, plain-language explanation of the architecture and technical choices.
What clients say about us
- Shoval, Partner · SmartClick (web development): "We recouped our investment within four months. The team works on cases, not paperwork."
- Tamir Mor, CEO & Owner · Arbel Ventures & Investments (real estate): "Leads are automatically routed by language and neighborhood. We're closing twice as many deals."
- Ben Hanukaiev, CEO & Owner · Sprint Media (marketing agency): "The agent books appointments in Hebrew, English and Russian. No-show slots are gone."
Case studies
Ben Hanukaiev, Sprint Media (marketing for contractors): Built and implemented a CRM and automation infrastructure for lead and client management - Pipedrive, a WhatsApp bot, a landing page, lead scoring and tracking throughout the process.
The Shlosberg Family (AI switchboard and automation): Implemented a Qualia switchboard connected to the Rabbi's numbers - when unavailable, callers leave a voice message routed to an AI agent that transcribes it, identifies the type of request and ranks urgency.

Frequently asked questions
How does the process look from first contact to a working system?
It starts with a short, free intro call of up to 30 minutes. This is followed by an hour-long digital diagnostic meeting that maps the need. For more complex projects, we move to a deep scoping stage, followed by development, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Who actually builds the systems?
InnoMotion is led by David Kalendarov, an industrial and management engineer with over 6 years of end-to-end technology project management experience - from the military to the civilian sector.
How long does it take to set up an automation system?
Projects that don't require deep scoping can launch within a few days. More complex projects, including full scoping, typically take 2-4 weeks or more.
Where is our data stored?
Your data stays with you - on your own servers or with GDPR-approved providers only, and an NDA is signed before any first access.
Do the systems support Hebrew, English and Russian?
Yes. The systems and automations we build can support any language, particularly Hebrew, English and Russian - including voice AI agents.
How much does an automation project cost?
Setup cost depends on complexity and project stages (diagnosis, scoping, development). The diagnostic meeting and scoping costs, if required, are offset against the development stage.
We're a small team of 3 people - is this a fit for us?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are teams of 3-30 people, where every hour saved carries the most weight.
